Role Overview:
  • Support vulnerable customers in our supported living accommodation, focusing on safe provision of housing.
  • Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and external parties to deliver high-quality housing and intensive management services.
  • Assist customers with service sign-ups, welfare guidance, and maintenance tasks.
  • Work 36.25 hours per week, ensuring the scheme's smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting vulnerable groups.
  • Familiarity with housing management best practices and tenancy compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in challenging environments.
  • Local knowledge beneficial.
