We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh, on a part time basis covering 30 hours per week, days to suit applicant. _


Providing high quality day to day administration support to the depot in a timely and efficient manner and in line with business requirements and company quality and business procedures.


  • Handling daily enquiries and internal/external customer queries in a manner which meets both company procedures and customer expectations.
  • Ensuring all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard.
  • Providing reports/letters/spreadsheets as required.
  • Maintaining and updating all relevant databases.
  • Actively liaising with line management to highlight any areas of concern.
  • Ensuring all reports are accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner.
  • Updating administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and directives.
  • Cooperating fully with line supervisors/managers, to contribute to successfully meeting all business objectives.
