My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Employee Relations Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will deliver a professional Human Resources Advisory and Policy service to customers to support them on complex HR issues, relating to ER.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • The role is part of a shared service
  • There is an expectation that individuals will work flexibly across all areas where their expertise is required, to support the best use of HR resources.
  • You will identify opportunities to develop and improve HR policy and practice, putting them into practice to simply, standardise and enhance the HR provision.
  • Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, transactional and operational processes, to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

  • Excellence in Employee Relations, ideally in a Public Sector / Local Authority setting.
  • Be a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • A detailed and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
  • Experience of providing and delivering a range of successful HR interventions

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £350+ per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
