HR ADMINISTRATOR OPPORTUNITY NEEDED TO JOIN A FAST GROWING BRAND IN BICESTER - Up to £28,000 per annum

A business who operate out of Bicester are looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis to support an inspiring and supporting HR Manager.
The key duties of the HR Administrator will include but will not be limited to:
Processing new starters and leavers documentation.
Management of employee absence and holiday through the companies HR system.
Supporting with the onboarding of new starters.
Supporting with the administration of company benefit schemes.
Supporting the HR Manager with the administration of L&D programmes.
Supporting with policy and procedure updates.
General admin tasks within HR such as filing when required.
Ensuring documentation and legislation is up to date.
Ad hoc duties when required.
Be willing to commute to Bicester three days per week with two days remote working.
Be CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards.
Be a strong communicator and well organised.
Have a bubbly personality with clear ambition and passion to work within HR.
The current HR Manager has a track record and strong reputation for their desire to support and grow their teams, therefore CIPD training and support is provided.
