Process and manage patient prescription requests efficiently. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure prescriptions are accurately prepared and ready for collection. Maintain accurate records of prescription requests and ensure confidentiality.

Appointment Scheduling:
Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner. Manage the appointment diary, ensuring optimal use of clinical time. Confirm and remind patients of their upcoming appointments.

Administrative Support:
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Handle patient registration, including the collection and verification of personal and medical information. Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.

Customer Service:
Provide a high standard of customer service at all times. Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to the Practice Manager when necessary.
