About The Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Manage the reception desk with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
  • Process mail and post, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
  • Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential information within our systems
  • Assist the General Manager in submitting information to Regional Office within deadlines
  • Perform scanning, filing, and archiving duties
  • Take minutes and notes as required
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions
