About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Home Administrator to join our team at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. As a key support role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our care home, providing a person-centred environment and assisting the General Manager in all aspects of administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Manage the reception desk with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
- Process mail and post, maintaining confidentiality when necessary
- Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain accurate records and confidential information within our systems
- Assist the General Manager in submitting information to Regional Office within deadlines
- Perform scanning, filing, and archiving duties
- Take minutes and notes as required
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions

We are looking for a professional, caring, and enthusiastic individual with strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach. You will have the ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
