About the Role

Nazareth Care Charitable Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Home Administrator to join our team. As a key support role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our care home, providing a person-centered environment and assisting the General Manager in all aspects of administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Manage the reception desk with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with submitting information to regional offices and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform scanning, filing, and archiving tasks.
  • Take minutes and notes during meetings and events.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

About You

We are looking for a professional, caring, and enthusiastic individual who is well-organized, has strong IT skills, and excellent communication skills. You will have a flexible approach, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
