The East of England Children's and Teenage and Young Adults (TYA) Operational Delivery Network (ODN) is seeking to employ a Project Support Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Programme Manager, Lead Nurses and Clinical Directors of the ODNs who make up the ODN senior leadership team.


The Children's and TYA Cancer ODNs are set up to deliver a collaborative model of care across the East of England to improve the experiences and outcomes for Children and Young People with cancer.

The East of England ODNs will focus on co-ordinating pathways of care and will work closely with patients, commissioners, regional providers, other stakeholders and clinical networks to ensure access to high quality equitable care.


The ODNs will deliver a whole system work programme for Children's and TYA Cancer services across the East of England area in collaboration with the Cancer Alliance for the East of England as well as NHS England.

You will be an experienced administrator, comfortable with a wide variety of tasks to complete.

You should possess a professional attitude to your work and have the ability to work flexibly across a number of work-streams for both Childrens and TYA Cancer.

You will need to use your initiative to be able to prioritise your workload and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.


You will use your project management skills to support the management of key projects, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently within identified deadlines.

You will use your administrative skills to support the smooth functioning of the ODN boards, working groups and committees. This will include arranging meetings and events, minute taking as well as creating power points and other documentation.


You will have the opportunity to take the lead in some of the project work for the ODN under the direction and supervision of the ODN senior leadership team.

This is offered as a full time post however part time hours may be considered.
