Main responsibilities:
- To provide end to end support and administration for planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and projects activities.
- To ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner in full accordance with the contract specifications and key performance indicators.
- To ensure that all supporting evidence for completed maintenance and compliance activities is collated and stored correctly.
- To provide timely management information, analysis, and reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an administrative role preferably related to compliance in maintenance assets and payables and ordering processes.
- Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication & customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare concise analytics and reports.
