Company Description:

SoCode is pleased to be working with the number one name in critical communications equipment. This worldwide brand is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help in the day-to-day running of their state facility.

You will need to collaborate with other teams, work with third parties and be able to think on your feet.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to -

  • Providing support on the management of the building's HVAC, Fire and Security Systems.
  • Light repairs on building fabric and fixtures.
  • Supervision and liaison with contractors.
  • Regular site inspections.
  • Assisting with the logistics of internal company events.

Skills -

  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of building management systems
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Great Communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications -

  • IOSH or NEBOSH
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full UK Drivers License
