Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


This is an excellent opportuinty to join a company working towards decarbonisation with renewable energy and electric vehicle charging is at the heart of what we do.

This role would suit an individual with a background in customer service or a call centre enviroment. Genuine opportunites for progression working with a fantastic team.

About the role:

  • Salary up to £23,000 per annum

Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and
Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

About the role:

  • Proactively contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Develop professional relationships to determine customer's needs and expectations
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and upsell opportunities
  • Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs.
  • Work on other adhoc duties

About you:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service / call centre / help desk setting
  • Experience working in a fastpaced enviroment
  • Problem Solving Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and succeed. A desire to improve and develop.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel
