A new requirement has arisen for a
Project Administrator to join our client based South Manchester


Responsible for providing administrative support to all assigned project activities, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met, always operating at the required service levels.


Project Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with a variety of tasks
  • Collating and updating reports and uploading them onto a portal
  • Supporting with admin for travel and accommodation bookings
  • Booking engineers, assisting with engineer scheduling
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager
  • Dealing with general telephone enquiries

Project Administrator Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering, or scheduling background
  • Confident, good telephone manner and IT skills

Hours:
  • 5:30 Mon
  • Fri (Office based)

Salary:
Circa £24,000 (Negotiable Depending on experience)
