Job Overview

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our project activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met, and that our projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with a variety of tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Collate and update reports, and upload them onto our project management portal.
  • Provide administrative support for travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  • Monitor the project inbox, checking all correspondence and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Book engineers and assist with engineer scheduling, ensuring that all project deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Deal with general telephone enquiries, providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering, or scheduling background.
  • Confident, good telephone manner and IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
