You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while also overseeing the kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep passion for culinary arts.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served to guests.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
