Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
