As a Pastry Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:
  • Exhibiting generosity, kindness, and dedication towards both colleagues and guests.
  • Demonstrating a passion for creating exquisite cakes and pastries, with a proven history of producing high-quality culinary delights.
  • Mentoring junior pastry chefs daily, ensuring that food preparation, presentation, and decoration standards are consistently upheld.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in adhering to food hygiene and health and safety regulations, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
