Property Manager - Liverpool - Up to £25,000


A number one Management Company for HMOs in Liverpool are looking for an outstanding and experienced Property Manager to complement and complete a hardworking and well rewarded team.

You need to be a self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who above all else is passionate about property and people

Duties

  • Conducting regular property inspections and visits, feeding back to landlords
  • Prioritising and coordinating repairs, including emergencies and urgent works
  • Organise remedial maintenance works following tenant reports and inspections with a focus on safety and compliance
  • Arranging initial/renewal of compliance certificates such as Gas, EICR, Pat testing and maintaining filing, diary of due dates
  • Work alongside the lettings team to coordinate movein and moveout inspections
  • Book in and follow works through to completion with contractors and maintenance staff for cleaning, services and repairs, ensuring works are to tenant and landlord's satisfaction
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with our internal and external customers
  • Assist with the process and collection of tenant arrears

You

  • Previous Property Manager/ Facilities Management experience
  • Hold a full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry and current legislation changes
  • Knowledge of the Liverpool area
