Financial Reporting Manager - Real Estate

Your new company
You will be working for a global property developer with a number of known flagship destinations.

They are looking to implement SAP and so require additional support in their finance team whilst others are directing their time towards this 'go live' procedure.

They are committed to continued development being carried out sustainably, with a number of pipeline projects.

Your new role
You will be their Financial Reporting Manager, with the key objective of actively managing and delivering the statutory reporting and accounting compliance for UK and Europe entities

Main duties will include:

  • Production of statutory accounts for 50+ entities ensuring IFRS compliance
  • Develop a detailed understanding of group structure for all entities
  • Manage two direct reports
  • Provide technical accounting advice with respect to changing standards
