We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to join our Teamlocated at our Aylesford branch.

Job Details:

To perform an Administration and Customer facing role within a busy commercial environment

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • General answering of the Service calls into the business
  • Processing of Job cards through to invoicing
  • Updating our customer of the repairs costs and gain an order number for said repairs
  • Answering and resolution of customer invoice queries

Knowledge and Skills:
Skills and Experience

  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a intermediate level.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of customer service
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve queries effectively.
  • Motor trade experience is desirable not essential.
Personal Profile

  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Flexible and hard working
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines when necessary
  • Resourceful, intuitive and tenacious


Reporting to the Service Manager you will be expected to Invoice repairs and servicing carried out in the workshop, resolve any queries that will be attributed to administration and manage incoming Service calls to the dealership.
