**Job Summary**
Belcan is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative coordination and support to the business team
- Preparing and maintaining records, reports, and spreadsheets
- Assisting with data recording, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinating special projects and tasks as needed
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
