  • Providing administrative coordination and support to the business team
  • Preparing and maintaining records, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with data recording, analysis, and reporting
  • Coordinating special projects and tasks as needed

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
