My client is seeking an Administrator with a drive and passion for wealth management to join their growing team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.


As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients from the point of initial enquiry through to financial plan implementation and onwards.
  • Gather and input data to prepare for client meetings.
  • Process and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records.
  • Get to know your clients' needs, building and managing the relationship.
  • Deliver clear, and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Prepare for, contribute, and host regular team meetings and daily huddles.
  • Attend internal and external training courses and company events.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Selfmanagement and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow current practices and processes.
  • A logical mind and a lateral thinker.
  • Able to communicate ideas in a straightforward way
  • Able to collaborate and share ideas and solutions
  • Two years previous Financial planning administration experience (desirable).
  • Awareness of Financial Services legislation (desirable).
  • Awareness and understanding of compliance processes and procedures (desirable).
