We are looking for a
Temporary Lab Technician for a short term contract based on Cambridge Science Park.
This could be for a couple of weeks or longer, whilst we recruit for a permanent member of staff.
We are looking to pay between £15.00 to £17.50 per hour for someone with the right experience, who can start quickly.
- General lab management and maintenance of a synthetic biology lab
- Follow SOPs
- Prepare media, solutions and help manage stock
- Accurately record and report results clearly to fellow team members
- Carry out daily and weekly checks of equipment
- Verification and testing of various systems and devices under development.
We need somebody who can adapt to changing demands and requirements and pick new things up quickly.
