About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team in Melbourn, near Cambridge, UK.
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building instructions to assemble products from simple sub-assemblies to final instrument build and test.
You will have good attention to detail, ability to fault find and problem solve, and thrive in a team environment.
About YouWe are looking for a practical-minded individual with 2+ years experience as a Mechanical Technician or equivalent position, or a BTEC, NVQ, or HNC in an engineering discipline.
You will be a self-starter, able to manage your own time and workload, but equally happy to be part of a hard-working team.
Good communication skills are essential, and you will be proactive and willing to learn new skills.
