Cowan Bros NI Ltd require a Service / warranty Administrator person in our depot in Mallusk. We are a Multi award winning dealership with the Case IH & Case construction franchise. we are offering competitive pay to the right applicant and Excellent working conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the service manager booking in work
  • Liaisling with customers by phone and in person
  • Invoicing service work
  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address warrantyrelated issues
  • Provide support to the service department as needed

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Knowledge of warranty/service policies and procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of the agriculture and construction industry is a plus
