AT&T Rentals, based in Mallusk, are recruiting a Full Time Garage Service Administrator. We are one of Irelands largest Commercial Fleet Rental Companies running both Trucks and Trailers. As part of our Garage Team, you will be supporting the Garage manager to ensure that the administrative processes run smoothly. We are looking someone who can multitask and prioritise their workload- someone who is highly organised and who thrives on the energy of fast paced and busy garage work environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Management of all garage records, to include generating, amending, and updating all types of service and Maintenance records. Responsible for tracking and recording of all daily Fleet movement in the garage. Answering service calls Processing of Job cards on to a software system. Overall Responsibility for all aspects of PSV scheduling and planning. Keeping customers up to date of progress of jobs and organising collections Supporting the Purchase order process. Scanning and filing of all paperwork Other general administration duties too to help support the Garage Manager What we are looking for: Must have Previous Experience in a similar administration role- (minimum 5 years experience required) . Good communication skills with customers and staff Reliable and conscientious, with the ability to take ownership of issues Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel is desirable Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks Position: Garage Service Administrator Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm Salary: Ranging from 26k to 32k depending on experience Company Pension Life Assurance paid at 4 times your Salary To apply, please click "APPLY" below to send us your up-to-date CV.
