At Principal level, it requires high quality judgement about when and how to support clients (drawn from your experience), resilience for the ups and downs of any transformation and empathy with the client and our team.
First-hand experience in service delivery and transformation initiatives in UK government or public interest organisations, including in the private sector.
Experience leading consulting projects would be beneficial, but not essential.Strong understanding of best practice in digital transformation, especially in the UK
Pragmatic and proactive approach to managing engagements and building relationships, including excellent levels of organisation and delivery management
able to scope and lead projects independently
Excellent communicator, with an ability to express data and information in a clear, concise manner to a publishable standard, including articulating technical concepts.
