Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our welcoming Customer Care Team in our East Midlands region, located near Nottingham, just off junction 25 of the M1.

The primary objective is to deliver a smooth and efficient customer care service, interacting with customers, contractors, site, and management teams while nurturing productive working relationships. The chosen candidate will oversee and consistently enhance the Customer Service experience for Keepmoat customers to uphold our 5-star builder reputation and maintain a leadership position in Customer Service within the homebuilding sector.

The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors, site managers, etc., to establish an outstanding after-sales/maintenance response to all complaints/queries
  • Ensure all necessary materials and labor are available before commencing work
  • Maintain a positive customer care/after-sales image by personally contacting customers post legal completion to confirm their satisfaction
  • Prepare all pertinent documentation regarding customer care accurately and promptly
  • Be accountable for updating the COINS system in a timely and effective manner to ensure the accuracy of the customer database

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

We seek an individual who embodies our Keepmoat values; a direct and amiable team member with Customer Care expertise, who is innovative and adept at utilizing organizational and planning skills in a Customer Care setting. They should be enthusiastic about delivering top-notch customer care, a cooperative team member, with a background in engaging with various stakeholders.

Although experience in a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry would be advantageous, it is not obligatory.
