The role will be providing one to one support, working in small groups with students aged from as a Secondary Teaching Assistant.
About the role:
- Working onetoone or in small groups with students to help them with their academic and personal development.
- The Teaching Assistant is fulltime with an immediate start and can be made part time to suit your needs
- Being part of a growing team and school and promoting the school's values.
- Work with children across KS3/KS4

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Support Worker you will:
- Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs and behavioural challenges.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
