The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Head of Operations to join our growing business.

Reporting to the Head of AI and Informative Platforms, as the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal and key role in the development of business goals and long-term operational plans, while maximizing efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and cross-functional collaboration.


Role responsibilities
How will you make an impact as the Head of Operation at OKRA?

  • Develop, implement, and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Lead daily standups with the OKRA management team, group leads and operation and client delivery teams.
  • Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Plan, track, and analyse key metrics for daytoday operations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency.
  • Devise and drive strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprisewide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members while building a performance minded culture focused on engaging all employees.
  • Streamline and implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Develop budgets and business plans.

Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
  • Extensive and indepth experience in a senior leadership role within an industry related field.
  • Previous demonstrable experience in delivering SaaS products, preferably within a healthcare sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Indepth working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate highly technical concepts while also forging strong alliances with the business teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of agile product development and associated tooling.
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: SAP, ERP, CRM).
