Job Overview
The Tactical Response Co-ordiantor will support with data analysis, file management, and scheduling support.

You will use highly effective coaching and performance management skills to support in an industry leading retail security team for our client.


Main Duties

  • The Tactical Analyst will effectively support the operational teams/managers, ensuring that they build, lead, retain and support in the development of a multiple tactical teams that believe and demonstrate through their work that Mitie is different to other Security service providers
  • Be responsible for the completion of key communication to the client in specific processes
  • Support and access data from the field teams ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Using the internal system to manage scheduling for the tactical teams
  • Supporting the managers and field teams

Health and Safety responsibilities
