This is the perfect role for a recent graduate looking to start their Media Sales career and work at a thriving London establishment.
Main responsibilities for the Media Sales Coordinator:
- Support outdoor cinema sponsorships and other partnership campaigns with Head of Partnerships
- Use the internal system/tools to keep all campaign data up to date for clients
- Help sales teams with client pitches and presentations
- Keep the sales/partnerships teams updated on the progress of released filmsBe involved in coordinating agency events e.g. new film screenings
- Run reports for sales teams to help monitor campaign
- Stay up to date with new film releases and media sales industry developments
Key Skills and Attributes of the Media Sales Coordinator:
- Passionate about cinema, film, and sales
- Willingness to learn and develop in a media sales agency
- Understanding of media planning / buying agencies
- A confident communicator
IT literate
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous sales/administrative experience is highly desirable
