Lipton Media is a leading events and publishing media business that has experienced significant growth and is now seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to join their team as a delegate sales person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize marketing-generated leads and database information to identify potential clients and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

  1. 12 months of phone sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  2. Excellent account management skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Strong desire to close deals and earn commission, with a resilient and driven approach to sales.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  5. Enthusiasm and a passion for sales, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £42,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
