Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Sales Coordinator to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As an Audio Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing audio airtime briefs across a portfolio of key media agencies in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, book, and administer all radio airtime campaigns to ensure they meet agency deal parameters and inventory targets.
  • Monitor national agency and client spend, as well as potential revenue opportunities.
  • Assist Account Managers/Directors with reporting and producing post-campaign analysis for clients.
  • Maximize agency expenditure by questioning briefs and providing creative responses in line with campaign objectives.
  • Follow up on proposals with excellent negotiation skills to ensure opportunities are maximized for both the agency and Bauer portfolio.
  • Drive key focus areas and sales initiatives across the radio team to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate campaign turnarounds.
  • Provide agencies with competitor reports, programming updates, RAJAR figures, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Support fellow agency hubs groups as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good telephone manner.
  • A positive attitude, showing enthusiasm for media sales and Bauer brands.
  • Effective time management skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Conscientious – punctual, willing to work hard, and go beyond the call of duty with a can-do attitude.
  • Naturally curious, enthusiastic, and keen to develop and progress within a large company.
  • Personable and able to connect with different internal departments as well as clients.
  • Good numeracy.
  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.
