Customer Care Administrator. You will play a key part in providing administrative support to the team and assisting with answering enquires in a timely manner.
As the Customer Care Administrator your duties will include:
- Maintain the inbox, assisting with incoming queries and managing the existing queries that are awaiting completion
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Research and develop an answer checklist to assist with basic questions
- Provide support to the finance team and Accounts Assistants
- Run and reconcile cash reports
- To support and maintain best practice in regards to GDPR
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects at any one time
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a high attention to detail
As the successful Customer Care Administrator you will work Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model on offer at 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.
