We have a great new role available working with an industry leader in Harrogate who are eagerly looking to appoint a

Customer Care Administrator. You will play a key part in providing administrative support to the team and assisting with answering enquires in a timely manner.

As the Customer Care Administrator your duties will include:

  • Maintain the inbox, assisting with incoming queries and managing the existing queries that are awaiting completion
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Research and develop an answer checklist to assist with basic questions
  • Provide support to the finance team and Accounts Assistants
  • Run and reconcile cash reports
  • To support and maintain best practice in regards to GDPR
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at any one time
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a high attention to detail


As the successful Customer Care Administrator you will work Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model on offer at 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.

The role offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum plus a great benefits package.
