**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required
* Be an honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual

* Have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written
* Experience is welcome, but not essential, as full training is provided
