We are looking for someone to join our team in an administrative role to help us organise clients, fittings and supplies as we continue to grow this bespoke service, our clientele and expand.
We are passionate about fit and craftmanship and hope to find someone who will slot into our team seamlessly.We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable people skills and who is highly organised and efficient.
The role will be mainly admin duties such as scheduling customers bookings and fittings, but also include greeting clients and bringing them into the Lot 1 space, preparing presentations and customs invoices for shipping.
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Very strong customer service skills
- Highly competent using Microsoft Office, experience working with Excel is desirable
- Team player and comfortable within this busy, active retail environment
We are ideally looking for someone who can work from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm shifts in the Lot 1 office Monday to Friday.
