To ensure that the office is organised and all tasks are completed efficiently. To ensure all interaction with clients, suppliers and other organisations is polite and professional.

Location:

Lily Caring Angels Limited, Ground Floor Offices, 3 Hollyrood Street, Chard TA20 2AH

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To be polite, welcoming and professional to any callers to the office.
  • Typing, copying, scanning of letters, reports and other documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining of records, both in digital and hard copy format.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the other employees.
  • Support an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
  • Participate in the development of Company Policies.
  • Responding to questions and requests for information.
  • Ensure the tidiness of office and kitchen spaces.
  • Participate in the maintenance of management information systems.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Management Team.
  • Monitor and reorder stationery and consumables.
  • Dealing with daytoday problems as they arise.
  • Any other reasonable task that is requested.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation, evaluation, orientation, and induction of all new employees.
  • Assist individual staff to develop in their role and level of compliance with agreed standards.
  • Support the implementation of The Company's policies and procedures.
  • Support a work atmosphere which promotes a high quality of work life.
  • Support and maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
  • Monitoring and recording staff holidays.
  • Minute taking at office meetings.

Working hours:
37.5 hrs (Monday to Friday)

Qualifications Required:
A good understanding of Microsoft Office.

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
