Salary:
£26,000 plus benefits
Exciting opportunity at Ingeus for a Payroll and Benefits Officer position.
The Payroll & Benefits Officer plays a vital role within the Payroll team, working remotely.

This team manages payroll services for the 4 UK Ingeus branches and provides support to the HR team regarding payroll, benefits and pension inquiries.

Responsibilities of the Payroll and Benefits Officer:
  • Collaborating with the Payroll & Benefits Manager and Assistant Payroll & Benefits Manager, alongside the HRSS team, to ensure accurate monthly payroll exports are prepared for the payroll provider
  • Communicating with the external payroll provider for monthly input
  • Conducting thorough checks on payroll data and resolving any issues
  • Working with Managers to address any payroll data discrepancies
  • Assisting in Payroll End of Year & P11d processing
  • Supporting in the administration of Ingeus' benefit schemes
  • Helping in the administration of Ingeus pension schemes and Auto Enrolment assessments
  • Preparing & coordinating regular reports and delivering monthly reporting requirements to third-party providers
To be the Payroll and Benefits Officer, you should have:
  • Strong IT Skills, especially in HR Systems, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in payroll administration with knowledge of payroll and statutory calculations
  • Prior similar role experience with a focus on processing payroll and Pension Auto Enrollment administration
  • Familiarity with ADP iHCM/NGUX payroll system is a plus
