As a Customer Advisor - your day might look like this:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Using your onpoint product knowledge and expertise help our customers choose the right products for their needs. All done in a way that delights them and gives you a great sense of pride
  • Helping customers chose products and offer the best advice to them
  • Being a Carpetright ambassador, product expert and having a passion for guiding customers through their home décor projects
