Evening Events Supervisor.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the evening part of the wedding day.

Assisting the Wedding Co-ordinator with first dance and evening food right through to seeing all guests off sight and securing the venue.

Key roles and responsibilities include,

  • Management and coordination of the bar staff roster.
  • Bar hygiene and cleaning
  • Cash management for each individual event
  • Ensuring that at the end of the night, clients decorations are collected and stored properly and that the venue is left ready for the next event. E.g. Props set up, chairs on tables, outdoor seating area and garden left tidy.
  • Ensuring our couples and their guests have an enjoyable evening and dealing with any queries or issues that may arise.
Previous experience of working in the wedding industry or hospitality is preferable but not essential.

Houchins operates a flexi-hours approach to the working week with TOIL being offered.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary:
Up to £16,000.00 per year
