We are seeking a Part Time Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Part Time Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with controlling expenses, including managing store inventory and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including reporting damage to fixtures and fittings and reacting appropriately to accidents.
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Methodical and thorough, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and climb a ladder.
Preferred Qualifications

As a Part Time Store Supervisor, you may be required to carry out ad hoc duties, including supporting other team members and taking on additional responsibilities.
