Main Duties:

  • Support and assist in the management and promotion of the T4L programmes ensuring clear notes are always recorded on the CRM system.
  • Generate and send reports to schools on a twice weekly basis to communicate live parent orders.
  • Once portals are closed, to reconcile orders and send final reports to schools monthly.
  • To proactively stay aware of upcoming school portals and create the necessary marketing material.
  • To highlight duplicate orders with schools and parents to ensure the orders placed are accurate.
  • Assist schools with promotion plans to meet their ordering targets.
  • Process school funded manual orders.
  • Chase school outstanding invoices.
  • Generate cash flow documents to ensure school finance teams understand their income and outgoings in relation to the student programme.
  • Provide support within the team when required to cover peak periods, holidays, and sickness.
  • To participate in daily meetings to promote successful communication and to stay up to date with team activity.
  • Working towards agreed targets and KPI's set by line manager.
  • To proactively promote our programme and other leasing services ensuring all leads and referrals are communicated to the FT Sales team

SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and administration skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. (Demonstration may be required)
  • Ability to receive and act upon constructive feedback in a positive manner.
  • Adaptive approach when contacting internal and external parties.
  • Reporting of activities in an accurate, timely and effective manner appropriate to the intended audience.
  • Proactive in approach and communication.
  • Ability to problem solve and present solution proposals to management if further assistance is needed.

Pay:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
