Senior Sales Consultant

I am currently working with an MSP based near London looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to help them build out their scale and Prescence across UK and Europe.

General Responsibilities

  • current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and maintain accurate records in the Zoho CRM platform

Role Specific Responsibilities

Lead Management:

  • nurture and convert self-developed and marketing leads into sales opportunities
  • identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound leads
  • and analyse a prospects current process and requirements
  • ideas and support to lead gen contributors for email marketing strategies
  • participate in the presentation of product and service demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings

Communication:

Demonstrate an ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, video conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship

Client Relationship Management

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.

Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.

Advising customers know about other products the company offers.

Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
