The role?

We have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Based in the Aberdeen HR Operations team, you will work as a business partner supporting our UK business lines.


You will spend time regularly meeting with assigned areas of the business to provide proactive and professional support through the whole HR life cycle.

Disciplinaries and grievances will also be handled in line with process and legislation. Supporting with succession planning, policy and procedure updates and keeping HR records up to date will be key.


We have established Recruitment and Training teams within the HR Operations team and you would work closely with these teams.


You are?
As an HR professional you ideally have CIPD membership and/or extensive HR practical experience.

You have a good understanding of employment legislation, commercial awareness as well as being adaptable, able to handle conflicting priorities, confident in challenging fixed assumptions and an ability to work collaboratively with others.
