Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Orion Group is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and business operations in the UK and Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to the business, including offshore and onshore operations.
  • Manage HR processes, including contract production, data management, and reference requests.
  • Coordinate HR activities, including organization chart production, invoice management, and payroll processing.
  • Support ER case management, absence management tracking, and learning & development administration.
  • Assist with headcount process, tracking approvals, and raising requisitions in Workday.
  • Deliver accurate and timely HR data, analysis, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with People Partners and the People Advisor to ensure accuracy of data in Workday.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Manage regular data audits to ensure employee data and systems are up to date.
Requirements:
  • Robust knowledge of applicable HR regulation and standards.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Workday and SAP.
  • Excellent organisational and collaboration skills.
  • Strong contextual understanding of the business and ability to develop people solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines and the role HR plays in organisations.
  • Keeps up to date on developments in the HR profession.
  • Relevant degree qualification and CIPD certification or working towards.
