The post holder will provide a comprehensive and administrative service to senior members of the directorate team, to assist the smooth and effective performance of their duties and make a direct and positive contribution to the work of the team.
The post holder must exercise initiative to organise their own workload within the constraints of defined deadlines.- Assist senior members of the team with implementing, maintain and sustaining lean thinking methodology to improve productivity
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the clinical staff within the ward area, to include monitoring quality and audit activity, data entry and the production of charts and graphs as required
- Assist in the day to day administration management of workforce and education activities, to include OLM data entry and producing training reports
- Provide administrative support and timely workforce & education information related to the maternity service as required by ward manager/midwife in charge
- To provide personal assistant support for senior members of the team/ward manager
- To work in collaboration with the ward administrator for all maternity inpatient wards across both sites.
