A place where professional and friendly staff will be happy to attend to our guests every need; where attention to detail matters; and where location couldn't be more prime.

We are looking for an experienced Reservations agent to join our friendly team.

As a Reservations agent you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients to ensure that accurate details for each reservation are obtained
  • To consistently deliver an excellent service to all guests and clients making inquiries or bookings at the hotel
  • Establishing client requirements and identifying how the hotel can facilitate their needs
  • Handling both individual and group bookings
  • Ensuring inquiries are managed to maximise sales, occupancy, and revenue, including upselling equipment, F&B, and relevant hotel facilities wherever possible
  • Actively working as part of a team to achieve the department objectives and budget
  • Actively consider prevention, recovery, and investigation of any complaints
  • To identify and look at key trends to establish any gaps in the market or any potential sales opportunities.
Previous hotel reservation experience is a
MUST and knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.

Working Monday - Friday we offer a competitive salary and great benefits.

Salary:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
