About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens, a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea, London.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability of Room Sales and Food and Beverage Bookings through the maintenance of high standards and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be confident in having full product knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens and its facilities to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Recognize and upsell opportunities to secure sales and meet targets.
  • Take ownership of all reservations, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and special events.
  • Be confident in having knowledge of all systems for 11 Cadogan Gardens, including rooms, F&B, and special events.
  • Show teamwork and flexibility in liaising with the team on a daily basis for guest requests and daily correspondence checks.
  • Take ownership of ensuring all enquiries are responded to on the day they are received.
  • Be passionate and confident in ensuring that all brochure enquiries are responded to within 24 hours of the request.
  • Be confident in having a thorough knowledge of all the Hotel's computer systems to ensure accurate records and booking details.
  • Take pride in being responsible for reservations and enquiries taken and ensuring they are all responded to on the day received.
  • Be passionate and confident in understanding the standards of performance set out in the Mystery Guest Report for the property and adhering to them at all times.
  • Be intuitive and passionate in maximizing room revenue by up-selling at all times.
  • Know budgets for the hotel to meet targets set and upselling at all times.
  • Take pride in being fully conversant with the hotel and all of its facilities and functions to describe and sell them to guests.
