Job Summary

As a Reservations Agent Admin at IBIS London City Shoreditch, you will be responsible for performing general office duties, including answering phones and handling incoming correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner. You will also coordinate and control the flow of documents and information between the hotel and clients, working closely with the Reservations agent and Reservations Manager to maintain high sales activity. Additionally, you will cover the Front Office Reception when needed and promote and maintain customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming correspondence from customers, including emails and letters.
  • Coordinate and control the flow of documents and information between the hotel and clients.
  • Work with the Reservations agent and Reservations Manager to maintain high sales activity.
  • Cover the Front Office Reception when needed.
  • Promote and maintain customer loyalty.
