Senior Talent & Development Partner – Talent Solutions

We are excited to collaborate with an acclaimed global Talent Solutions company, focusing on digital and tech fields. They are in search of an experienced L&D professional to handle operations for a team of around 140 employees. We need a versatile individual who can take a comprehensive approach – identify needs, develop solutions, and implement to enhance an already high-performing team. This position could be ideal for someone aspiring to advance into a senior role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training strategies for the Operations team.
  • Introduce career frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and talent management strategies to foster employee growth and retention.
  • Enjoy delivering training sessions with a noticeable impact. Showcase your experience in training managers with a unique and memorable style. Provide coaching and guidance to help team leaders and managers reach their objectives, whether through individual sessions, small groups, or ongoing programs. Experience with in-person training is highly valued.
  • Effective stakeholder management is crucial, along with the ability to adapt your approach. This role supports various operational functions and the internal Academy, requiring you to assist a diverse client base.
  • Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery, monitoring, and reporting of training activities. Provide performance metrics to assess the success of training programs.
  • This position is suitable for individuals with prior experience in recruitment or sales, who grasp the intricacies and obstacles of these industries. A solid background in L&D is necessary for a role that demands both operational execution and strategic thinking. Demonstrating confidence, excellent relationship-building skills, and operational expertise are key attributes.
